It varies with the task. We often start with a few hundred labelled examples, use pre-trained models and augmentation, and expand the dataset as the system runs.
Can it run without internet?
Yes. We can deploy optimised models on edge devices that run on-site and sync results when a connection is available.

Often, yes. We assess resolution, lighting and placement first and recommend changes only where they affect accuracy.
